Service area

We serve all of Harford County, Maryland

Based at 231 Smarty Jones Ter in Havre de Grace, we cover every town in the county — from Joppatowne in the south to Norrisville in the north.

Why county-only

One county, covered properly.

Plenty of contractors claim a tri-state radius. In practice that means long drives, loose scheduling windows, and a crew unfamiliar with the local permit office. We stay inside Harford County so appointments hold, travel is short, and we already know how Harford County permitting and inspection scheduling actually work.

Homes here have distinct patterns worth knowing: waterfront exposure along the Susquehanna and the Bush River accelerates deck and paint failure, the Route 24 corridor is dense with 1980s–2000s subdivisions now due for basement finishing and deck replacement, and northern Harford is rural enough that we batch jobs to keep travel efficient.

Towns we serve in Harford County

  • Bel Air

    21014 / 21015

Bel Air is the busiest part of our schedule — the county seat and the densest concentration of homes we service.

Bel Air spans everything from in-town homes near Main Street to 1980s–2000s subdivisions off Tollgate and Fountain Green. The older in-town stock brings plaster walls and original trim; the newer subdivisions are mostly deck repair, drywall, and dated-fixture replacement.

    Areas covered

    • Bel Air North
    • Bel Air South
    • Fountain Green
    • Tollgate
    • Moores Mill
  • Aberdeen

    21001

We work throughout Aberdeen, including rentals and turnovers tied to Aberdeen Proving Ground assignments.

Aberdeen's mix of older in-town homes and newer development near Beards Hill means we see both. Military moves in and out of APG keep turnover work steady — paint, drywall patching, and fixture replacement between tenants.

    Areas covered

    • Beards Hill
    • Swan Creek
    • West Aberdeen
    • Aberdeen Proving Ground area
    • Downtown Aberdeen
  • Havre de Grace

    21078

Havre de Grace is home base. Our shop address is here, so it is the fastest response time we offer anywhere in the county.

The historic district's older homes need careful repair work — matching original trim profiles and dealing with plaster rather than drywall. Waterfront exposure near the Susquehanna also means more frequent deck, railing, and exterior paint maintenance than inland parts of the county.

    Areas covered

    • Historic downtown
    • Bulle Rock
    • Oakington
    • Greenway Farm
    • Swan Creek
  • Fallston

    21047

Fallston's larger lots and custom homes bring us mostly deck, fence, and interior finish work.

Fallston homes sit on bigger, more wooded lots than the Route 24 corridor. That means heavier leaf load in the gutters, more deck and fence square footage to maintain, and more well and septic homes where we coordinate around existing systems.

    Areas covered

    • Laurel Bush
    • Carrs Mill
    • Youths Benefit area
    • Fallston Station
    • Upper Cross Roads
  • Forest Hill

    21050

Forest Hill homeowners call us for basement finishing, deck work, and kitchen and bath updates.

A lot of Forest Hill housing went up between the 1980s and early 2000s with full unfinished basements. Those are now prime candidates for finishing, and the original decks and builder-grade baths from that era are due for replacement.

    Areas covered

    • Rock Spring
    • Bynum Ridge
    • Forest Valley
    • Jarrettsville Pike corridor
    • Vale Road
  • Abingdon

    21009

Abingdon's townhome and single-family communities are a regular stop, especially for interior repairs and turnovers.

Townhomes in Constant Friendship and Box Hill share common wall and deck construction, so we know the layouts well. HOA rules often govern deck stain colors and exterior changes — we work within them rather than around them.

    Areas covered

    • Constant Friendship
    • Box Hill
    • Emmorton
    • Long Bar Harbor
    • Woodbridge
  • Joppatowne

    21085

Joppatowne and the surrounding Joppa area are on our regular route, with heavy demand for exterior maintenance.

The waterfront communities around Rumsey Island and Mariner Point take the hardest weather exposure in the county. Salt air and humidity accelerate deck rot, fastener corrosion, and exterior paint failure, so maintenance intervals here are shorter than inland.

    Areas covered

    • Rumsey Island
    • Mariner Point
    • Joppatowne proper
    • Trimble Road
    • Old Joppa
  • Churchville

    21028

We cover Churchville and the surrounding rural stretches of central Harford County.

Churchville is largely rural, with older farmhouses and homes on acreage. Older properties often need structural repair work — porch framing, siding, and window trim — alongside the usual interior list.

    Areas covered

    • Churchville village
    • Level
    • Creswell
    • Calvary
    • Glenville
  • Jarrettsville

    21084

Jarrettsville and northern Harford County are within our service area, including Norrisville and Madonna.

Northern Harford is spread out, with older homes and outbuildings on large parcels. We batch jobs up here to keep travel efficient, which usually means scheduling a few days out rather than same-week.

    Areas covered

    • Jarrettsville village
    • Norrisville
    • Madonna
    • Federal Hill
    • Harkins
  • Edgewood

    21040

Edgewood and Magnolia round out our southern Harford County coverage.

Edgewood has a large share of mid-century and 1970s housing plus rental property. Aging original kitchens and baths, worn flooring, and dated electrical fixtures make up most of what we replace here.

    Areas covered

    • Magnolia
    • Woodbridge Center
    • Edgewood Meadows
    • Trimble
    • Edgewood Arsenal area
